This policy covers DealersCloud’s dealer-outreach program — the emails and text messages sent by Dealers Cloud Corp, doing business as DealersCloud, to auto dealerships. Effective August 1, 2026.
What we collect. Business contact details of licensed dealerships from public state licensing records; whatever you submit on our forms (your name, dealership, email address, phone number, and anything you write to us); records of text-messaging consent (the number, the time, the network address it came from, and the exact wording you agreed to); and delivery and interaction data for what we send (delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, opted out).
How we use it. To send the communications this program exists for, to honor opt-outs permanently, to respond when you reply or ask for a demo, and to measure what is worth sending.
What we never do. We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not being shared with any third parties. Our messaging and email delivery providers process messages on our behalf, strictly to deliver them.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact support@dealerscloud.com.
